Alberto Marcati holds the Chair of Marketing at the Facoltà di Economia, Università LUISS Guido Carli, Roma, where he teaches at the undergraduate and postgraduate level (MBA, MSc). He was previously on the faculty at the Universita’ della Calabria (1982-1987), at the Universita’ degli Studi di Trieste (1994) and at the Universita’ degli Studi di Bologna (1987-1993, 1995-2001). Since May 1995, he is the area editor for Italy of the International Abstracts of the International Journal of Research in Marketing. Before joining the University, he was with Honeywell Information Systems, at that time one of the major players in Information Technology, in the Marketing Research area, and with Cassina, a leading Italian furniture manufacturer, in charge of Marketing. He received a Licence en sociologie from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) (1972) and a Laurea in sociologia from Università degli Studi di Urbino (Italy) (1974), as well as an MA in Formal Political Analysis from the University of Essex (UK) (1973) and a Post-Grad Diploma in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester – Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) (UK) (1975). He is a member of the Societa’ Italiana del Marketing, the European Marketing Academy, the American Marketing Association and of Informs – Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences. He held a course of “Marketing Management” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 
Andrea Renda is Adjunct Professor of “Economic Analysis of Law”, “Antitrust and regulation”, “Policies and policymaking in the EU” and “Regulatory Policies in a global perspective” at Luiss Guido Carli University, in Rome, and a Senior Research Fellow at Luiss’ Law and Economics Lab. Since 2006, he also lectures on “Advanced Topics in Competition and Regulation” at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam within the European Master in Law and Economics. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), where he started and currently manages the CEPS Regulatory Affairs Program. From January 2006, he is also the Coordinator of the European Network for Better Regulation (www.enbr.org), a Coordination Action on regulatory impact assessment funded by the European Commission under the FP6 programme. From 2010, he is also the founder and manager of the CEPS Digital Forum (www.digitalforum.eu). Andrea is an ongoing consultant for a number of institutions, including the European Commission, the European Parliament, the OECD and the World Bank. Andrea Renda earned a laurea cum laude in Economics from LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome, in 1995 (Dissertation awarded a special distinction) and is European Master of Law and Economics (LL.M., with distinction, University of Hamburg, 1996). He holds a Ph.D. degree in Law and Economics awarded by the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He held a course of “Corporate Law”” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 
 Giorgio Di Giorgio is the Dean of the Economics and Finance Department and Professor of Macroeconomics and Monetary Economics at  LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome. He is also the President the multinational finance society, Elect. He has previously been the Dean of the Economics Faculty at LUISS (2007-2011) and Deputy Rector for International Relations at the same university. From 2000 to 2007 he was a Research Fellow at Ente Einaudi; from 1997 to 2000 he was a member of the Technical Secretary of the Economic Policy Evaluation Unit of the Ministry of the Treasury of the Italian Republic. Giorgio Di Giorgio has been Visiting Professor at Columbia University (Fall 1996, Fall 2003) and at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (1998-1999). He holds a Laurea in Economia from Università "La Sapienza" di Roma (1989) and a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University, NY (1996). He is referee for several journals including the Economic Journal, The Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Economics and Politics, The Journal of Banking and Finance, Rivista di Politica Economica, Rivista Italiana degli Economisti. He held a course of “Global Economic Perspective” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 Giovanni Fiori is Full Professor of Business Administration since 2000 september the 15th at “LUISS - Guido Carli” University of Rome. He is also Member of Evaluation Committee of “LUISS - Guido Carli” University, Professor of Accounting and M&A of Master in Business Administration at LUISS- Management School since 1991, Member of Italian Accounting Association since 1993, Member of European Accounting Association since 1994 and Member of “Società Italiana di Storia della Ragioneria” since 1995. Giovanni Fiori is also a C.P.A. (Dottore Commercialista) in Rome since 1988, a Certified Auditor (Revisore dei Conti). He is the Vice President of “Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato S.p.A” and covers the postion of Extraordinary Commissioner of Ilva Pali Dalmine S.p.A. in Extraordinary Admistration Procedure (law Prodi-bis), of Ilva Pali Dalmine design Community S.r.l. and of Sidercomit Centro Meridionale S.r.l. and Extraordinary Commissioner of Cesame S.p.A. in Extraordinary Admistration Procedure (law Prodi-bis). He is also Member of Board of Directors of “Istituto dell’Enciclopedia Italiana Treccani Spa” and Member of Board of Directors of “Ned Community” (indipendent directors association of listed companies). He is consultant in financial reporting for Anas SpA and for reporting for “Acquirente Unico SpA” since 2005. He holds a Degree in Economics from“LUISS - Guido Carli” University of Rome in 1984, with 110/110 cum laude.He held a course of “Accounting” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 
 Giuseppe Zadra is lecturer in Financial Markets at LUISS Guido Carli. He is also Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for Asset Management Holding S.p.A.. He covers the position of Director and Chairman of the Independent Directors Committee at Anima S.g.r. Asset Management Company which is the Third Italian Asset Manager as UCITS Volume. Giuseppe Zadra is also Chairman of the board for C.Card. From 1992 to 2009 he has been General Manager and Managing Director of ABI Servizi of the Associazione Bancaria Italiana (Italian Banking Association). He has been member of the Executive Committee of the European Banking Federation and Chairman of the  EBIC- European Banking Industry Committee. He also has been Head of the Market Division in charge of the reform of the Securities markets of the CONSOB (the Italian securities markets commission).Giuseppe Zadra Graduated in Jurisprudence at University of Rome and  and holds a post graduate degree in economics from the same university. He passed the Bar exam in 168 e obtained a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University in 1973.  He held a course of “Financial Regulation” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 
 Deyuan Li is an associate professor of statistics at School of Management, Fudan University (FDSM). He graduated from School of Mathematical Science, Peking University on 1997 and 2000, and got his bachelor and master degree, respectively. After finishing his Ph.D. study and obtaining his doctoral degree in 2004 at School of Economics, Erasmus University of Rotterdam (the Netherlands), Prof. Li moved to University of Bern (Switzerland) and worked as a post-doctoral and research assistant at Department of Statistics. Then he joined in FDSM in 2008. Prof. Li’s research is on statistics of extremes, and he has already published several papers on the top journals such as Annals of Statistics, Journal of American Statistical Association, Econometric Theory and etc. Prof. Li had 2 grants from NNSFC and 1 grant from SEM, and he visited several times CUHK, GIT, NCSU, and MIT Sloan.
 
Luca Giustiniano is Associate Professor of Management (from November 2008) at  Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome, Italy, and Visiting Associate Professor at Sauder School of Management, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada (from January2011). He has previously covered the position of Assistant Professor of Business Organization and Organizational Behavior (from 2001, Tenured since 2004)at LUISS. Luca Giustiniano won in 2011 theFaculty Enrichment Program – DFAIT and the Canada-Europe Award – DFAIT. He holds a BA-Laurea Degree in Business Economics and Management from (1997) and a PhD, both from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome. He held a course of “People Management” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 
 Nicola Borri joined the faculty at LUISS Guido Carli, as an Associate Professor, in 2009. His research interests focus on asset pricing, international finance and macroeconomics. His current research explores risk premia in the market for sovereign bonds and finds that the timing of the default of a country is a key determinant of bond yield spreads. His paper Sovereign Risk Premia (joint with Adrien Verdelhan) received the ABI Country Risk Forum Best Paper Award at the International Risk Management Conference 2010 and the 2010 WRDS Best Paper Award at the European Financial Management Association Conference. He received his undergraduate and master degree from Bocconi University, and a Ph.D in economics from Boston University in 2009.  He held a course of “Economic Perspective” at the School of Management of Fudan University.
 
Paolo Epifani is Associate Professor of Economics at Bocconi University Milan, and Research fellow at IGIER Milan. He teaches International Economics at Bocconi University and at Fudan University Shanghai. He does research on international trade and the economic consequences of globalization. His works are published in leading economics journals, such as The Review of Economic Studies, The Review of Economics and Statistics, The Economic Journal, The Journal of International Economics.
 
Pietro Reichlin is Professor of Economics and Vice-provost for Reasearch at LUISS Guido Carli University, in Rome. His main felds of interest are Macroeconomics, Monetary Theory, Financial Markets and Business Cycle He also is a Research Fellow  at CEPR, a Visiting Fellow  at EIEF and a Senior Fellow  at RCEA. He is Associate Editor of “Studies in Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics” and  Co-Editor of “Research in Economics”. He previously covered the position of: Professor of Economics  at Università di Roma La Sapienza (1998-2005) and at Università di Chieti (1994-1998).He has been Associate Professor of Economics at Università di Napoli(1992-1994), Ricercatore at  Università di Roma La Sapienza (1990-1992) and a “Jean Monnet Fellow”  at the European University Institute (1987-1988). He has been a Visiting Professor at the Columbia University (2007), at the European University Institute (2001), at the University of California Los Angeles (1999), at The Abdus Salam International Center for Theoretical Physics (1998) and at the  University of Pennsylvania (1989 and 1991). He holds a  Laurea in Economia from Università di Roma La Sapienza (1981) and a Ph.D. (with distinction) in Economics  from the Columbia University (1987). He held a course of “Global Economic Perspective” at the School of Management of Fudan University.

He is contributor, with the LUISS team, to the Impact Study on Private Enforcement, “Facilitating antitrust damages actions in the EU: welfare impact and potential scenarios”, commissioned by the DGComp in view of the publication of the White Paper. He is member of the International Academy of Comparative Law, the Italian Association of Comparative Law, the Steering Committee of the European Association of Law and Economics, the Italian Society of Sport Law, the European Mergers Task Force, the Scientific Committee of the National Antitrust Authority and the Italian Commission for Bioethical Problems Concerning Procreation. He is also co-editor of “Foro italiano”, “Mercato Concorrenza Regole”, “Danno e responsabilità”; member of the editorial board of “Giurisprudenza commerciale”, “Rivista critica del diritto privato” and other legal journals. He previously covered the position of Full Professor of Comparative Law at the University of PalermoLawSchool and at the  University ofBariLawSchool. He gaduated cum laude in 1971, at University of Bariand holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago Law School (1976). Dr. Youzhen (Jane) ZHAO is Associate Professor of International Business and Strategy at School of Management, Fudan University. She has got Bachelor in Science, Master in Economics and PhD in Management from Fudan University, China.
She was a visiting professor at Bocconi University (2010), MIT (2005), University of Oregon (2004) and Washington University in St. Louis (2000). Dr. Zhao participated in the PCMPCL (Program on Case Method and Participant-Centered Learning) at Harvard Business School in 2008 and at Nanyang Technological University in 2009. She also visited LUISS, Italy (2010 & 2012), Payap University, Thailand (2012), Yeungnam University, South Korea (2010), Norwegian Business School (2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010), FDC, Brazil (2009), Columbia University (2007 & 2008), Danjiang University, Taiwan (2008), University of Pennsylvania(2007), Appalachian State University (2007), Aoyama Gakuin University, Japan (2006) and University of Hong Kong(2005) for short-term academic exchange.
